Digital Product Terms
About these terms
These terms apply when you buy, access or attend anything we offer. Pivot Systems is the business name used by Robin Reynolds LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“we,” “us”). By making a purchase, or by accessing or attending anything we offer, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Use of the pivotsystems.io website itself is covered by our Terms of Use.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you buy for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
If you have a signed agreement with us
Some services and programs are covered by a separate signed agreement. If that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the signed agreement controls.
Purchases and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider. Your purchase includes what is described on the sales page at the time you buy.
Refunds
For digital products, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. A refund ends your license to use that product. Services and programs covered by a signed agreement follow the refund terms in that agreement. If a sales page lists different refund terms, those apply to that purchase. Strategy Sessions follow the refund terms in the Strategy Sessions section.
If you have a problem with a purchase, please email us before disputing the charge with your bank. We will work to make it right. If a charge is disputed, we may pause access while it is resolved.
Strategy Sessions
A Strategy Session is a 45-minute video call to look at how your business runs and identify a next step. You will complete a short questionnaire beforehand, and we will send a written summary within 3 business days after the session. Your session includes a $50 credit toward consulting or a Systems Studio membership. Use it within 30 days of a consulting offer from us, or within 30 days of The Systems Studio opening. A Strategy Session is education and guidance, not legal, financial, tax or accounting advice, and we don’t promise specific results. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no cost, using the link in your confirmation. Please book within 60 days of purchase.
Email us at least 24 hours before your session and we will refund you in full. If you haven’t booked a time, you can request a full refund within 60 days of purchase, after which an unbooked session expires. Once a session has been held, it isn’t refundable. If we cancel or can’t deliver your session and written summary, you can rebook or receive a full refund. A refund ends the $50 credit.
Consulting
Consulting is four 60-minute sessions over four weeks. If you haven’t had your first session, email us for a full refund. After your first session, we refund each unused session at $150 when you ask. Sessions already held aren’t refundable. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before a session at no cost, and a session missed without notice counts as held. Please use all four sessions within 90 days of purchase.
Your license to use our materials
When you buy a product or join a program, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its materials for yourself and your own business. This includes any worksheets and templates you fill in. You may keep using your completed versions in your own business, but you may not post or share them publicly, share your login, or send them to others.
What you may not do
- forward or post our materials or their download links
- resell, republish or redistribute any part of them
- teach them, present them as your own, or use them to build a competing product or service
- upload them to an AI tool or other service to train, copy or recreate them
If you break these terms, we may end your license and access without a refund.
Who owns what
All of our content belongs to Robin Reynolds LLC. That includes the site, our products, templates, frameworks, videos and session recordings. Your own business information, data and records stay yours. We will not share anything you tell us, such as your name or story, without your permission.
Live sessions and Office Hours
Live sessions and Office Hours are for general education. If a session is recorded, we will say so at the start. Please treat what other participants share about their businesses as confidential. We may remove anyone who disrupts a session or does not respect other participants. Session times can change, and we will give notice when we can.
No guaranteed results
We share methods, examples and guidance. Your results depend on your business and how you apply what you learn. Our products and programs work best when you put the ideas into practice, and that part is yours to do. Nothing we provide is legal, financial, tax or accounting advice. Please consult a licensed professional for those matters.
Links to other sites
Our site may link to other websites for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our site and materials are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service involved.
Disputes and governing law
If something goes wrong, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it in good faith. These terms are governed by New Mexico law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be handled in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, or in small claims court.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, applies to purchases made after that date.
General
The sections on ownership, what you may not do, liability and disputes still apply after a refund or after your license ends. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, together with any signed agreement with us, are the full agreement between us.
