Every week brings new tools, and it’s hard to run your business and also work out which ones matter. In 45 minutes, we look at how your business runs today, find what’s costing you the most time and energy, and leave you with a clear next step you can take right away.
How it works
- Reserve your session.
- Pick a time that works for you.
- Complete a short questionnaire (about 10 minutes) so we arrive prepared.
Then we connect by video call on Google Meet.

- Findings specific to your situation, plus one step you can take right away.
- A written summary within 3 business days.
- A clear picture of what could come next, if you want our help.
